Orders
1. How do I know that my order was successful?
To Check whether your order was successful or not.
i. Go to the following page and check the status of your respective account.
https://www.hattsoffstore.com/my-account/ordersii. Check the email confirmation sent to your registered email ID.
iii. Lookout for another confirmation which denotes that your order was shipped
2. What are the extra charges that will be applied on my order?
i. Product Price is inclusive of all taxes.
ii. An extra charge of Rs. 50 will be applicable per order if you choose.
3. Why isn’t COD available for my order?
Usually, COD is available for most areas in India but some pin codes COD is not available. We’re working on getting COD everywhere, for the time being you can use Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking or any online wallet (except PayTM).
Delivery
1. My order is shipped but not yet
We’re really sorry for the delay, don’t worry your product should reach you soon. For more information, go to “track your order”.
2. No order confirmation as yet.
i. If you can see your order listed in the ‘Orders’ page then don’t worry.
ii. You can still check your spam section if you can’t find it in your inbox.
3. I have placed multiple orders but haven’t received all of them.
Multiple orders are shipped separately, some reach early some come late. Don’t worry, it’s worth the wait.
4. I want to change my delivery address or phone number.
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, get in touch with us at support@hattsoffstore.com to make the desired changes in Delivery Address or Phone Number. Changing the address or phone number isn’t possible if your order has been shipped already.
5. The product that I have received is not what I had expected.
Get in touch with us at support@hattsoffstore.com and we’ll look into the matter.
Payment
1. I tried to make a transaction but it failed.
i. If the amount has been deducted, don’t worry it will be refunded to the same mode of payment within 4-7 working days.
ii. To avoid further problems, try making the payment using a different method.
Refunds and Returns
1. Can I exchange my Product?
Sorry, but we do not allow exchange of products. Please place a return request instead.
2. How do I apply for return?
Get in touch with us at support@hattsoffstore.com, facebook messenger or through call and let us know your problem, we’ll provide you with the necessary support. Make sure to do so within 10 days of delivery.
3. How soon will I get my Refund?
As soon as your product has been picked up for return, we’ll start processing your refund. Your refund will be sent to the account whose details you have mentioned in the conversation with our customer support. You will receive the refund within 10 working days.
